Returns and refunds
You have fourteen days from receipt of your order to return your purchases to us for a refund if they are unsuitable.

All returns must be notified to Mini labo in advance.

Packages must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) to the following address:

Except in the event of a product defect or proven non-conformity, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.

IMPORTANT: if the paper is glued and/or cut, no claim can be made against Mini labo.

Once your return has been received, checked and validated, Maison BONAMI will refund you within a maximum of 5 working days.

We do not do standard exchanges. For a new size, another model or another colour, simply place another order on the e-shop.
